Family Yoga provides excellent opportunity for mom (or dad) to bring their children and do some yoga. This is a class where parents get to practice yoga, while children follow or play around.
Beginner friendly class, Recommended kids age 2+ to 8 years.

Your generous donations during this lockdown period will help support a daily meal program for the elderly and underprivileged people in neighborhood villages near Universal Peace Foundation, India.
